This moment. Can't give it away, am relishing it! Have been away at gaia for a while so it's hard to give my attention now elsewhere!

I find the sacred in ME and YOU and WE and in everything else! All of life is sacred to me!

...I guess it would be hardest to ask for something I don't believe I really need! I do find it easy to ask for whatever from others and in my prayers.

I did whisper this on New Year's Day: St. Theresa's Prayer - May today there be peace within. May you trust that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you. May you be content. Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love..

I've stopped judging how my life is flowing. I know that it is as it should be so I just flow with it, like water. This answer is inspired by Christo's blog.

I don't have a fixed time or place or manner to reflect. Usually, it happens spontaneously, sparked by an encounter with nature or someone, a passage in a book, a conversation, listening to music, responding to a work of art, answering a question such as this, and so on.  Last time I reflected was an hour back when we visited my in-laws. We have had strained relations with my husband's youngest sister who had a divorce last year. She hasn't been speaking to any of us for over a year, as if she considered us as partly responsible for her divorce or whatnot, but surprisingly today, she smiled and offered us tea. That sure was a wonderful start to the new year for all of us. Made me reflect how miracles do happen when you least expect it.

...knowing and accepting that I am love and divine and being self-ish make me strong at heart!

Bill Moyers sits down with Mark Johnson, the producer of a remarkable
documentary about the simple but transformative power of music:
PLAYING FOR CHANGE: PEACE THROUGH MUSIC. The film brings together
musicians from around the world — blues singers in a waterlogged New
Orleans, chamber groups in Moscow, a South African choir — to
collaborate on songs familiar and new, in the effort to foster a new,
greater understanding of our commonality.

Photo by Robin Holland Johnson traveled around the globe and recorded
tracks for such classics as "Stand By Me" and Bob Marley's "One World"
— creating a new mix in which essentially the performers are all
performing together — worlds apart. Often recording with just
battery-powered equipment, Johnson found musicians on street corners
or in small clubs and they would in turn gather their friends and
colleagues — in all, they recorded over 100 musicians from Tibet to
Zimbabwe.

There are ups and downs in life. We can embrace both and grow in love and become stronger in spirit.

Well, if there's one that unifies all the religions, call it a universal religion, perhaps that one! But on second thoughts, does one really need a religion to learn to really love one another? If I can be spiritual without a religion, then even no religion would work out fine!

...the breath of life and divine presence. Always the first integral thing I notice when I'm in the moment. That's why I would rather be in the moment than anything else. And that's why when you're occasionally stressed out, taking a deep breath helps drive the stress away, instantly.

How do I answer this question, and every other Q&R that opens up to me inviting an answer.

I breathe in and breathe out the answer from within, sometimes it takes more than a couple of breaths. I cherish every answer.

...by stopping and facing fear, trusting that I can deal with it because I am (we are) not alone.


 

Closing my eyes, mind empty, not thinking, just feeling my body sensations as I breathe in, pause, then breathe out. Sometimes, taking an about turn into nature works wonders too. When I pray, peace happens, too. Being with friends, like here now, brings peace, too! When I love, peace is there, too! So many things, anything, and nothing (inner peace is always there) really!

...anywhere, as long as I'm being the real me!

I am an eternal spirit! Taking the question to another level, would I want to extend my human experience beyond what has been the longest so far? Why not, if that would be record-breaking, a wonderful surprise! Though I must have had so many lives - human and otherwise - that only my subconscious knows about. I wonder who or what would make such happen, if ever, and I say let it be!

...but don't 'I' already know everything when I love? And when I love do I need to understand? This question provokes more questions for me.

I remember singing this as a lullaby to my son when he was much younger (maybe last time was when he was 9).  I think I will sing it to him once more, even though he's now 12.  I still consider this the most magical of all songs.

This made me remember my Mom's e-mail the other day asking about our visa status. I wrote back that it's now more than two months that our passports are lying with the Canadian authorities in Delhi and that we are starting to get restless. Then she wrote back, have patience and surely there are reasons that right now may not seem obvious, but you would realize later the blessings behind the timing. Ahhh.... 

Having a hard time finding what's difficult about it! If indeed I come across any difficulty, I'll cross it when I'm there.

Life is a mystery, filled with lots of psychic experiences, whether or not we are conscious of them.
