Well actually I did the most exotic and exciting thing around: I put some oatmeal on lol
I did lots and lots before that since I've been up for over 4 hours. Let's just say it has been a busy morning preparing for a big 2 days at the University.
The most interesting thing I did was watch as the neighbour's pet rabbit made its way through my house sniffing around for I don't know what! He jumped all the way up the stairs and quite fearlessly investigated my surroundings. I detected approval… rofl
Ok, back to life now. Lots ahead like I said.

Found the Billy Joel song that was driving me crazy in the shower. Heated up a bowl of oatmeal with bananas and dates and answered Brianna's old post belatedly. Posted about starting an earworm group.
Now I am sending my love to you. Goddamn, I love finding a place on the Web where people can say, “I love you!” without anyone getting hinky.
Please, note – EVERYONE – that I said, ”hinky,” and not “kinky.” It's called vocab, Kiddies and it is rip-roaring FUN!! Well, for SOME of US, at least.
woke up after another sleepless night (got a lot of reading done), ate some toast and cereal, let my dog out, fed my son, helped him get ready for school. as I went outside to start the car, i noticed a very ethereal layer of frost on everything. It was a beautiful sight the way the sun was rising. i felt magic in the morining.
i then took my son to school. Along the way, he greeted the rising sun and we sang our favorite morning song. He asked me if i liked the song, i said i did. He then said, “I do too.” Couldn't help but feel a connection there. Dropped him off after “i love yous!”
Filled my tank, came home, perused Gaia and saw our question. Now I am thinking what a great opportunity it is to reflect on our morning habits and find the gratitude in the mundane moments.

before that, i updated my Twitter, before i was having a chat with a friend on Face Book, before that i had breakfast with my family and sent them off for their day at work/school, before that i woke up at about 5:00 a.m. and started writing, before that i had one of those serious dreams that wake you up so you have to get out of bed and start writing, before that i was in bliss … where i am once again.
Richard, saying “I love you” is the unhinkiest one can ever do - LOL! So am saying it to you as I was writing it from my heart!
