Goodness gracious, incredible energy here! I was feeling a sudden rush of feverish sensation 15 minutes ago (really) and I knew I had to run upstairs in the middle of cooking dinner and am all fired up now and sobbing with tumultuous joy. We are love, we are one! Thank you all for being a part of this giant hug that must be reverberating in the universe. And that's good! My heart and fingertips reaching out to you Susan, Gael, Eli, Shirl (you may be small physically but I can feel your big heart, lady!), Anges (welcome my new friend and your reiki sure gives us some added healing power), boogie Stacy (honored to hug you here), Pat (welcome back, the ice instantly melts as you connect with us), and Wednesday (it's indeed another awesome today!).

This is the core of our daily experience. When we begin to see our lives as a vehicle for the caring for nuturance of others, we begin to see ourselves more clearly and at the sametime live lives that are much more fulfilling and wonderful. Every moment of social like offers us an opportunity to practice caring for others. All that is required is a willingness to set yourself aside and act for the sake of what is there in front of us. It doesn't require much efford, it is who we are beyond identity. <3 Gessho
What more can I say. It's a very simple action that can have startlingly beautiful results. Not to mention it but a hug is one of the most beautiful actions whether you are giving or receiving it. Hugs Michael.
