How do I describe myself? Though words might be rather limiting, still let me try.
….adventurer (aren't we all?), global citizen, travel enthusiast, idealist, dreamer, a yoga practitioner, a wife and homemaker, a mother, a cancer survivor, a social and business entrepreneur, a changemaker… Yes, these sums up what I feel as myself for now.
I embrace change whenever and as often as it happens in my life. Have been an avid traveler since 1977 which I believe has deeply enriched my life. Born in the Philippines, lived in the Gambia (Africa) for two years, in Kathmandu for about 25 years, and just recently relocated to Vancouver B.C., Canada.
Living with my husband Megh and our son Milind. Am running my social and business enterprise Phelge Nepal to promote, along ethical principles, fine quality crafts of Nepal using natural materials, hand processing skills passed down through generations, and clean technologies. The Lovers represents intuition and inspiration.
Very often a choice needs to be made.

Grouse is a wonderful little bird who does the spiral dance. Natives called it the Sacred Spiral, and it is a dancing meditation for the Native people.
Grouse wants to show you your dance and the sacred connection between all things. Walking or dancing will put you back in touch with Mother Earth and your body.
